I visited your Maidstone branch on Saturday to pick up a
second hand trailer, but when we got there, in the showroom, was the exact
trailer we had been looking for. You had no hesitation in allowing us to
switch which trailer we purchased, despite the trailer in the showroom being
fully loaded with all your satock, complete with roof bars and top box. You
sorted it out, got it roadworthy, spent the necessary time in finding a
suitable lock for it and we left very happy customers. What we received was true customer services. Excellent.
