Returns Policy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your products purchased from Trident Towing. However should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 30 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs).

Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels attached.

Simply send the item back to us with the delivery note included with your order to:

Please note that you are responsible for the item(s) you are returning until such time as they are received by us. We strongly advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery, or at least obtain proof of postage to enable you to claim from the carrier should your item(s) fail to arrive with us.

In the unlikely event that something you have purchased from us is faulty when it arrives then we will be happy to replace it for you.

If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services before returning the item. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.

We will send you a free postage label or refund your return postage in these instances (item weight dependent) so you don’t incur any additional costs.

In either of the above events please contact our customer services team at returns@tridenttowing.co.uk or telephone 01622 233355 between 9:00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday to arrange the return.

Should you wish to exchange an item please contact the returns department and we will arrange for collection and delivery of your exchanged goods.

When a replacement item is required urgently, we advise you to place a new order on the website for the replacement item first. This will ensure that the goods can be despatched without delay in order to get them to you promptly. You should then follow the normal returns procedure as above to return the original goods for a refund.
