We thank you for your custom and hope that ordering with us met your expectations.  However, if for any reason you need to return an item to us, that’s not a problem. We want every aspect of ordering with us to be seamless.  We offer a returns service as detailed below.   

  • We will accept items back if unused and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. For December orders, returns are extended until the end of January. 

  • In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace free of charge. 

  • Returns will be processed within 5 working days of receiving back.  If a refund is required, this will be processed to the original payment method used when ordering. 

  • If the order arrived via Royal Mail, we will provide a free tracked returns label (only if goods damaged or incorrect).  Please contact us at returns@tridenttowing.co.uk to notify us of a return and we will provide further instructions. 

  • If items arrived by a courier, we will arrange collection (if damaged or incorrect items supplied).  Please contact us at returns@tridenttowing.co.uk quoting your order number and details of the items being returned.  Please specify a collection date (work days only) and we will confirm by reply once booked and provide further instructions.

  • Unwanted or items ordered incorrectly are the purchasers responsibility to return.  We suggest using a tracked service.  If you want to return an unwanted or incorrectly ordered roof box, we do offer a collection service at a cost of £55 paid up front.  This can be purchased online.
